Double peanut butter muffins


I've had a large (LARGE) can of pumpkin puree in my cupboard for a few months.
Seriously, why do they need to make the cans so big???

It was time to use it or lose it, so I tried some flourless peanut butter muffins from the interwebs.

These are all about the chocolate and peanut butter.  And they are SO good!

I made them in regular size muffin tins, and added 1/2 tsp of salt.

They are fudgey and delicious and really good for breakfast with a glass of milk.
